Noble Symphony Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Noble HiFi, LLC, doing business as Noble Audio ("Noble Audio," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and deleted when you use the Noble Symphony mobile application and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Noble Symphony and supplements Noble Audio's general website privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you create or use an account with Noble Symphony, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account information, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.

Facebook Login

Noble Symphony may allow you to sign in using Facebook Login.

If you choose to use Facebook Login, Meta may provide Noble Audio with information associated with your Facebook account according to the permissions you approve. This information may include:

  • Your name;
  • Your Facebook app-scoped user identifier;
  • Your profile picture or other basic profile information made available through Facebook Login; and
  • Your email address, if you grant Noble Symphony permission to access it.

Noble Symphony uses this information for account authentication, account creation, account management, and to associate your Noble Symphony account with your chosen login method.

Noble Symphony does not request access to your Facebook posts, friends list, likes, Pages, advertising accounts, private messages, or other Facebook information unless additional functionality is introduced, this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly, and you expressly grant the relevant permission.

Noble Audio does not receive your Facebook password.

Device and Product Information

Noble Symphony is designed to interact with supported Noble Audio products. The app may process information necessary to connect to and manage compatible devices, such as Bluetooth connectivity information, product model, firmware information, device status, and product or sound configuration settings.

Your mobile operating system may request permission for Bluetooth, nearby devices, location, notifications, or similar device functions where those permissions are necessary for features of the app. You may manage these permissions through your device settings.

Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot Noble Symphony, including app version, operating system version, device type, diagnostic information, and error or crash information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information collected through Noble Symphony to provide and operate the app; authenticate and manage user accounts; connect and configure supported Noble Audio products; provide software, firmware, and feature support; respond to customer support requests; maintain the security and reliability of the app; diagnose technical problems; comply with legal obligations; and improve Noble Symphony and related Noble Audio products and services.

We do not sell personal information obtained through Facebook Login.

3. Information Received From Meta

When you use Facebook Login, Noble Audio receives information from Meta Platforms, Inc. based on the permissions you grant.

Meta's own collection and use of information is governed by Meta's terms and privacy policies.

You can manage or remove Noble Symphony's access to your Facebook account through your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings.

Removing Noble Symphony from Facebook prevents future access through that authorization. If you would also like Noble Audio to delete information previously associated with your Noble Symphony account, follow the deletion instructions described below.

4. How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist us in operating, hosting, securing, maintaining, supporting, or improving Noble Symphony, but only where reasonably necessary to provide those services.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, regulation, governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Noble Audio, our users, or others.

If Noble Audio is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information obtained through Noble Symphony or Facebook Login.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Noble Symphony and related services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of our services.

When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

Information contained in system backups may remain for a limited period until those backups are overwritten or securely deleted.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Noble Symphony account and personal information associated with it.

To request deletion, email:

Use the subject line:

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the account associated with your request, such as the email address used with Noble Symphony.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Noble Symphony account unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Detailed instructions are available on our Noble Symphony Data Deletion page.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request a copy of certain personal information.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us at contact@nobleaudio.com.

We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Security

Noble Audio uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No electronic transmission or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Noble Symphony is not directed specifically to children under the minimum age at which they may legally consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information improperly, please contact us at contact@nobleaudio.com.

10. International Users

Noble Audio operates internationally. Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you reside.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Noble HiFi, LLC, doing business as Noble Audio, respects your right to control your personal information.

If you have used Noble Symphony, including signing in using Facebook Login, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your Noble Symphony account.

Request Deletion From Noble Audio

Send an email to:

contact@nobleaudio.com

Subject:

Noble Symphony Data Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your Noble Symphony account so that we can identify the correct account.

For security purposes, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account.

After verification, Noble Audio will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Noble Symphony account except where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.

Remove Noble Symphony From Facebook

If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove Noble Symphony from your Facebook account.

In Facebook:

Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Noble Symphony → Remove

Removing Noble Symphony from your Facebook account prevents Noble Symphony from continuing to access information through that Facebook authorization.

Removing the Facebook authorization does not necessarily delete information previously stored by Noble Audio. To request deletion of information held by Noble Audio, follow the email procedure above.

Subject to applicable legal requirements, a verified deletion request may include deletion or anonymization of information associated with your Noble Symphony account, including Facebook Login identifiers, account information, profile information received from Facebook, and other personal information associated with your Noble Symphony account.

Then paste the URL of this new page.

3. Noble Symphony Terms of Use

I would create this as well rather than pointing the app at Noble's generic Shopify Terms. The current Noble Terms explicitly describe use of the website/store, purchasing products, Shopify hosting, pricing, returns, etc., so they aren't ideal as Symphony's app terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Noble Symphony at any time.

Noble Audio may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk, or where continued access would violate applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of Noble Symphony after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
