RETURN POLICY
Here at Noble, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to demo our products in the comfort of their own home using their own equipment. As a result, Noble's universal and wireless products come with a 5-day no-questions-asked return policy that begins on the date of delivery.
Returned products must be received in like-new condition with all accessories for a 10% restocking fee to be assessed. Products returned in less than new condition, missing accessories, and/or in unoriginal packaging may be assessed a larger restocking fee.
All sales are final for specially ordered Prestige products and "Accessories". There is no return policy for CIEMs simply due to the custom nature of these products.
Listeners that wish to return their products within the demo period must also pay for return shipping back to Noble.
