WARRANTY INFORMATION

TRUE WIRELESS STEREO IN EAR MONITORS

Noble warrants True Wireless Stereo In Ear Monitors to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of retail purchase. The warranty is non transferable, is valid for the original purchaser, and is only valid when the product is purchased from an authorized source. In the event that a product is deemed defective, at its own discretion Noble will choose to either repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished substantially equivalent model. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Noble including damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications performed by anyone other than Noble. 

The warranty applies to the charging case, the external shell of the In Ear Monitor, and the internal components. The limited warranty shall apply to any repair, valid replacement part, or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater. Any parts or products replaced under warranty will become the property of Noble.

OVERHEAD WIRELESS HEADPHONE WARRANTY

Noble warrants its Wireless Headphones to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of retail purchase. The warranty is non transferable, is valid for the original purchaser, and is only valid when the product is purchased from an authorized source. In the event that a product is deemed defective, at its own discretion Noble will choose to either repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished substantially equivalent model. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Noble including damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications performed by anyone other than Noble. "Abuse" and "Misuse" includes the overamplification of the headphone while listening via a wired connection, resulting in blown or damaged drivers.

The limited warranty shall apply to any repair, valid replacement part, or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater. Any parts or products replaced under warranty will become the property of Noble.

 UNIVERSAL WIRED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Noble warrants a universal in-ear monitor product to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of retail purchase. The warranty is nontransferable, is valid for the original purchaser, and is only valid when the product is purchased from an authorized source. In the event that a product is deemed defective, at its own discretion Noble will choose to either repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished substantially equivalent model. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Noble including damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications performed by anyone other than Noble. Noble will not be responsible for damage caused by third party cables.

The warranty only applies to the external shell of the product and the internal components. The cable, carrying case, cleaning tool, and any other accessories are not covered by the warranty.

UPGRADE CABLE WARRANTY

Noble warrants its Upgrade Cables (“Upgrade Cables” are defined as cables having a cost in excess of $250 at the time of purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option Noble will:

(1) repair the product at no charge, using new parts,
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

The limited warranty shall apply to any repair, valid replacement part, or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater. Any parts or products replaced under warranty will become the property of Noble.

CUSTOM & PRESTIGE PRODUCT WARRANTY

Noble warrants a custom or Prestige in-ear monitor product to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of retail purchase. The warranty is nontransferable, is valid for the original purchaser, and is only valid when the product is purchased from an authorized source. In the event that a product is deemed defective, Noble will either repair or replace the defective components. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Noble including damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications performed by anyone other than Noble. Noble will not be responsible for damage caused by third party cables.

The warranty period for fit of custom or Prestige monitors is thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the finished product. Noble will adjust or remake the monitors to resolve fit issues during this warranty period.

CUSTOM PRODUCT OWNERSHIP-TRANSFER SERVICE WARRANTY

Noble warrants a custom in-ear monitor that has undergone an Ownership-Transfer to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of transfer. In the event that a product is deemed defective, Noble will either repair or replace the defective components. This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Noble including damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications performed by anyone other than Noble. Noble will not be responsible for damage caused by third party cables.

The warranty period for fit of custom monitors is thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the finished product. Noble will adjust or remake the monitors to resolve fit issues during this warranty period.

REQUESTING WARRANTY SUPPORT

Prior to requesting warranty SUPPORT, please make sure that the issue(s) do not lie with other non-Noble components, that there is no earwax in the sound bores, and that the unit is completely dry.

To request warranty services, please submitt a warranty claim via Noble's website.  Noble Warranty Claim Form  A representative of Noble will contact you promptly and will help with your warranty claim.

The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges related to sending the product to and from Noble.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Noble shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use this product. This warranty replaces all other warranties for this product.
